1 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಹಂತದವರೆಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಡಿಎಫ್ಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನವು ಸಮಾಜದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು ಏನೇನು?
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನವು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು 1 ರಿಂದ 12 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ, ಐಟಿಐ, ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್, ಅಂಡರ್ಗ್ರಾಜುಯೇಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ) ಕೋರ್ಸ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 55% ಅಂಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯವು ರೂ. 2.5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಮನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಭರಿಸಲು ಅಶಕ್ತರಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಡುವ ಅಪಾಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು, ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

Who will get this scholarship?
HDFC Bank invites applications from students studying from 1st Class to Post Graduation. The scholarship provides assistance to talented and needy students belonging to the backward sections of the society.
What are the qualifications?
The scholarship is open to Indian nationals only. Students should be studying in Class 1 to 12 or pursuing Diploma, ITI, Polytechnic, Undergraduate or Post Graduate (including General and Professional) courses. Applicants should have passed their previous qualifying examination with minimum 55% marks and their family annual income should be Rs. Should be less than or equal to 2.5 lakhs. Preference will be given to applicants who have experienced personal or family crises in the past three years, to prevent them from being unable to meet the cost of their education and thereby at risk of dropping out.
