ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬೇಕೇ ಅಥವಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೇ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುವ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಇದು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ತೊಡಕುಗಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹೊರೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆಯುಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಶಕ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

* ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಾವು ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಬರೆದ ಕೊನೆಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 55%ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.
* ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಸೇರಿ ರೂ. 6,00,000ವನ್ನು ಮೀರಬಾರದು.

BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship 2024-25
BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship programme is an initiative of BSES Yamuna Power Limited to support higher education of meritorious students coming from underprivileged sections of the society. Under this scholarship programme, the students, who are in the final-year of their undergraduate programme (any stream) in government institutes in Delhi, will be awarded with a financial assistance of up to INR 30,000 to continue their studies and achieve their dreams.
BSES Yamuna Power Limited is a power distribution company in India’s capital city of Delhi. As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the company has introduced this scholarship programme to improve the quality of life and economic well-being of underprivileged citizens in their licensed area. The company has been actively pursuing its sustainable CSR programmes in areas like education, skill development, sanitation, healthcare, environment, etc.
Eligibility:
* Open for Indian nationals residing in Delhi only.
* Applicants must be studying in the final-year of the undergraduate programme (any stream) in any government institute in Delhi.
* Applicants must have secured more than 55% marks in their last appeared examination.
* Annual family income of the applicants must not be more than INR 6,00,000 from all sources.
* Children of employees of BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and Buddy4Study are not eligible.
Note:
* Priority will be given to students pursuing Nursing/Para-Medical/B.Ed/Engineering/CA courses and students from Central and East Delhi regions.
* This scholarship intends to support students at a juncture in their lives where they are deciding whether to continue pursuing higher education or enter the workforce. By offering financial assistance, it empowers them to make informed decisions about their future without the added burden of financial constraints.

The amount of scholarship can vary on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of BYPL. It can be utilized only for academic expenses which include tuition fees, food, hostel fee, internet, books, stationery, online learning, etc.
Documents:

* Family income proof (Salary Slip, Form 16, Income Certificate, ITR, etc.)
* Marksheets of last qualifying examination, Class 10 & Class 12
* Proofs of other education related expenses (books, online tutorials etc.)
* Latest college fee receipt (for the current academic year)
* Bank account details of the scholarship applicant (cancelled cheque/passbook copy)
